Hey there, I´m Captain Mitchell, your fearless sailor from South Africa! With my 200-ton Yachtmaster Offshore license, I´ve been cruising the high seas for three amazing years, ensuring safe and fun operation of luxury yachts ranging from 68’ to a whopping 220’.

The water´s been my playground since day one, and I´m all about the aquatic life. Whether it´s sailing or diving into water sports, count me in! But safety always comes first on my watch. As a PADI Rescue Diver and Personal Watercraft Instructor, I make sure everyone´s got the know-how and gear to dive into water toy fun safely.

I´ve navigated the waters of the Mediterranean, Bahamas, and BVI, creating unforgettable experiences for guests worldwide. And it´s not just about sailing; I´ve got a knack for entertainment too. From setting up dive gear for the Divemaster to organizing activities for the little ones, I´ve got it covered.

Yacht terms: All Inclusive
An all-inclusive charter covers all provisioning and running expenses. This includes a captain and crew that is fully trained and committed to your safety and enjoyment of your trip. A chef will provide the kind of exceptional, personalized meal preparation that you would expect of a five-star restaurant. The listed rate may not include all local taxes, cruising permits, premium beverages and scuba activities. Inquire for more information.

SAINT MARTIN / SAINT BARTHS RELOCATION FEE:
Relocation fee of $2,000, minimum 72 hour turn required on either side of charter dates for boat transit. Please inquire for availability.

ADDITIONAL FEES: BVI Cruising fees and taxes are included. Bahamas charters require additional 14% VAT on top of charter rate.

Relocation fees: There are relocation fees for one ways and different pick up / drop off locations.

MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5

LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES: For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.

SLEEP ABOARD: 1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client´s expense. Includes; boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the next morning and early start.

HALF-BOARD OPTION: $100 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client´s expense.

CREW CABIN RELOCATION: $400 per night
The crew will relocate to the forepeaks for an additional fee of $400 per night so the guests can have all 5 queen cabins.

HOLIDAY RATES:
2024 ​Christmas: 7-night minimum $35,000, must finish by December 26th. 2 - 10 pax.
2024 NEW YEARS: Flat Rate $40,000 Must begin no sooner than Dec 28th. 2 - 10 pax.

DISEMBARKATION: 12PM

TURN AROUNDS:
48-hour turnarounds required - inquire for 24-hour turns; each approved 24-hour turn will incur a $400 fee

TIP:
It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15%-25% of the total charter fee.

CONTRACT SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
If the Yacht is NOT allowed entry into the BVI, FOR ANY REASON, during the time of charter, the charter will take place in the USVI waters.
BVI Fees are included.
Bahamas VAT of 14% are not included.

SoulMates was an amazing vessel, with a modern design and all the amenities you need. We charted SoulMates for our last family trip before my eldest daughter went to college.
