Known for her creativity and dedication, Valentina excels at crafting exceptional dining experiences tailored to each guest´s preferences, including custom menus for dietary restrictions and specialties in fresh pasta and pastry.
Beyond her culinary talents, Valentina is a versatile First Mate, assisting with deck duties and guest services. Her previous roles across various vessels in the Caribbean and Bahamas have honed her ability to manage high-pressure charters, ensuring every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

With a focus on maintaining high standards of galley hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction, Valentina consistently delivers an unforgettable experience for every charter. From deckhand to stewardess and crew cook, Esther´s roles have encompassed various duties ensuring a seamless experience for crew and guests alike. With a diverse educational background spanning maritime certifications, engineering, and lifeguarding, Esther brings a wealth of expertise to every voyage, instilling confidence and peace of mind in all on board. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in swimming, skating, and outdoor activities, and has a soft spot for our four-legged friends.
