Captain: Giannis Aggelopoulos

Captain Giannis, born in 1976 in Greece, is a seasoned professional captain with over 20 years of experience navigating the Greek seas. Over the years, he has worked with various charter companies, serving as both a freelance and permanent skipper on luxury yachts, most notably on the S/Y New Horizon 3 for 3 years. He holds licenses for both sailing and motor yachts and is also a certified sailing instructor. Beyond his sailing expertise, Giannis possesses extensive technical knowledge, gained from years of maintaining boats during the winter months. His experience spans single hulls, catamarans, and motorboats of all sizes, and he is proficient in facilitating a wide range of watersport activities for his guests. As a skipper, Giannis excels in leadership, consistently supporting and inspiring his team, maintaining professional consistency, and communicating effectively with his guests on board. He is highly adaptable, tailoring itineraries to suit his guests´ preferences, and works seamlessly with his crew to ensure a memorable sailing experience. Fluent in both Greek and English, Giannis is dedicated to providing exceptional service and unforgettable voyages on the open sea.

Meet Krasse, the talented Chef from Bulgaria who is excited to be a part of your crew on board Aurelia. With over 15 years of culinary expertise in diverse cuisines, Krasse has honed his skills in some of London´s most cherished restaurants and hotels. Confident that your culinary journey on board will be extraordinary, Krasse believes that being a Chef involves more than just cooking - it´s about infusing emotions and sensations into every dish, truly stimulating the Art of Senses.
Krasse´s culinary adventures have taken him to various corners of the world, including England, America, Cambodia, Tanzania, and France. This globetrotting experience has granted him the privilege to explore and master the art of crafting authentic cuisines, to adapt to different environments and being creative.
Beyond his culinary prowess, Krasse brings a unique touch to Aurelias menu by incorporating sports nutrition into his creations, drawing inspiration from his personal experience as an athlete. Dedicated to providing more than just a meal, Krasse is committed to offering an immersive and delightful dining experience during your time on this catamaran.

*In addition to his excellent cooking skills, Krasse is also a famous ultra-marathon athlete. With over 60 marathons completed, he has run marathons in the Arctic, Cambodia and in the Sahara, alongside diverse companions like Maasai and Buddhists. He also organizes charity runs in Bulgaria for children with onco-hematological diseases. Krasse’s last project was in 2023 by isolating himself in a closed space in a public place in Sofia, in order to raise funds for addiction prevention.

The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.
Low price: €22,000

High price: €30,500

The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.
Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 15-25% for a sailing yacht and 25-35% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.

Mid Season Rate (June & September): 26,500 EUR / Week + VAT + 25% APA
Low Season Rate (Rest months): 22,000 EUR / Week + VAT + 25% APA

If the yacht is chartered from a location other than the home port, the charter is subject to a relocation fee.

Relocation Fees: Catamarans 55ft and up: Cyclades (1,500 EUR) *
* Please note due to logistics, charters with embarkation or disembarkation in Santorini will be charged one extra day.
