Ante Peric
Captain
Nationality: Croatian
Languages: English, Croatian
Profile:
At the helm of MY Daeni is Captain Ante Perić, a seasoned seaman who hails from Zadar, the coastal town that inspired him to pursue
his ambition of a life at sea.
With an extensive yachting experience that spans over a decade, Captain Ante approaches everything with a reassuring calmness.
During his career, he has worked in positions from deckhand, bosun, and engineer to first officer and captain, so he is uniquely
equipped to have a comprehensive overview at all times and personally handle even the smallest details. The safety of his guests and
the vessel is his top priority, so he carries multiple safety certificates, including advanced firefighting, in addition to his Master of Ship
500GT license.
Having worked on vessels up to 50 meters and having headed larger international crews, Captain Ante finds that MY Daeni offers him
an excellent opportunity to be a proper host to his guests.
His experience on both private yachts and charters enables him to anticipate your needs so you can expect him to make suggestions
tailored precisely to your preferences.
Like all Dalmatians, Captain Ante is very hospitable and proud of his home country. Having cruised all over the Mediterranean, from
France and Italy to Greece and Turkey, he knows precisely what makes the Adriatic so unique, and he will gladly show you its most
unique charms.
Anamarija Šindija
Stewardess
Nationality: Croatian
Languages: English, Croatian
Profile:
Anamarija Šindija has been a Captain Ante crew member for three seasons. Before working on MY Daeni, this dynamic duo gained experience
on a larger yacht, so they are well-rehearsed in working as a team and eager to fulfill all of your wishes.
Also hailing from Zadar, Anamarija Šindija brings a unique blend of healthcare expertise and yachting experience to the crew of MY Daeni. Her
14-year career in the healthcare industry has honed her ability to respond quickly and effectively, even under pressure. Her genuine compassion
and friendliness are evident in her constant efforts to personalize and enhance your time on board.
Anamarija has continued to work in the yachting business since high school, taking on part-time jobs in the maintenance of motorboats,
sailboats, and yachts. When the opportunity to work on a yacht presented itself, she decided to grab it with both hands. Known for her can-do
attitude, Anamarija is a hands-on team player who constantly maintains the highest standards and aims to create an amazing guest experience.
With a predictably cheerful disposition, Anamarija is glad to share fun insights about the local culture, from teaching you how to sip coffee slowly
like a Croatian, to how to enjoy fresh Adriatic fish which, according to the locals, has to swim three times: in the sea, in olive oil and in wine
