Deep Blue - Crewed Catamaran Charter

Dear Captain Dick and Chef/First Mate Kim,
First things first: I wanna thank you both with all my heart—or as we say back home, from the bottom of my Talladega-loving heart—for the most unbelievable two weeks out on the shimmering seas of Antigua. If cruising were a NASCAR race, y’all just took the checkered flag and did a victory lap in a golden speedboat.
Captain Dick, you steered us through those waters like I handle my Chevy on a racetrack—smooth, fast, and making it look easy. Every turn of the boat was like hitting the perfect drift. And Kim, lord have mercy, your cooking had more flair than a pit road on race day. I swear, those meals could win championships. They fueled us up better than my crew chief does before the final laps.
Between the sunsets that looked like they were painted just for us, the laughter we shared, and the peace of being out there with nothing but the blue around us, I felt like I was in one of those fancy TV commercials. Except it was real life, and y’all were the stars of the show.
So, from the depths of my racing soul, thank you for every moment, every meal, and every memory. We might not have been going 200 mph, but I’d say we were flying all the same. Let’s do it again sometime—shake and bake!

We recently had the pleasure of spending two unforgettable weeks sailing around Antigua aboard the magnificent ´Deep Blue,´ under the expert care of Captain Dick and Chef Kim. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of extraordinary.

**Captain Dick** is a true master of the seas. His extensive knowledge of the waters around Antigua ensured that each day brought new and exciting destinations. His navigation skills were impeccable, making us feel safe and confident throughout our journey. Captain Dick’s enthusiasm for sailing and his deep understanding of the local culture and history added a rich layer to our adventure. He was always ready with a fascinating story or a hidden gem of a location to explore, making our trip both educational and thrilling.

**Chef Kim** delighted us with culinary creations that were nothing short of gourmet. From decadent breakfasts to exquisite dinners under the stars, Chef Kim´s meals were a highlight of our journey. She was also incredibly accommodating of dietary preferences and needs, ensuring that everyone aboard enjoyed the dining experience to the fullest.

The **´Deep Blue´** itself is a stunning vessel, impeccably maintained and equipped with everything one could need for a luxurious sailing adventure. The spacious and comfortable accommodations made our stay on board feel like a five-star floating hotel. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation.

Captain Dick and Chef Kim´s teamwork and dedication to providing an exceptional sailing experience were evident in every aspect of our trip. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine passion for what they do created an atmosphere of camaraderie and joy that will be remembered fondly by all of us.

A week in paradise with amazing friends and fantastic crew who we now call friends! A spectacular boat that is beautifully decorated and cabins that make you feel like you’re at a luxury hotel. You two know how to make your guests feel special and pampered. We’ll absolutely be back soon!

Thank you for a wonderful week where we could unplug, relax, and escape from reality. Deep Blue is the most beautiful and coolest boat in all the places we’ve ventured to. Every single meal was absolutely delicious. The time and effort you put into our week so awesome was greatly appreciated. You two work perfectly together to make lasting memories for your guests, and we’re so blessed to have met you.

Thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime! I’ve been dreaming about it for a long time and it totally exceeded my expectations! The cleanliness of the cabins, the attention to detail, the amazing food and spectacular anchorages were wonderful but the thing we were most impressed with was how you treated us like kings and queens, catering to our every need with love and genuine care. We can’t wait to come back!

I sincerely appreciate the adventure we experienced with you & Chef Kim. Being an Ocean / Beach enthusiast, one of the things I hadn´t done was to go out on a CAT vacay!! Once out on the water with you & Kim the dream became a reality. More than I expected!! The problem will be --- now that I´ve gone with you both on Deep Blue, I wouldn´t want to be with any other crew or on any other boat (CAT). Here´s to our next trip...................

This experience has been hands down the most incredible vacation I’ve ever had. You welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like we’re family. I’m hooked for life and can’t wait to share this experience with the rest of my friends and family.

Some moments in life can’t be captured in words. To say that my experience with Captain Dick and Kim will be etched on my heart forever, is an understatement.

We have been to the islands, but never really to the islands, until now. Spending a Friday to Friday with the most amazing co-crew was the most memorable sailing trip we’ve ever had. Their dedication to us as guests was unmatched, and will be forever cherished. Never a dull moment, and out of this world cuisine made our trip first class.

Where do I begin? This was truly the most magical adventure. Thank you for embracing our silly group. It couldn’t have been a better trip, and I will never forget it. When we first started the trip, I could have never imagined the incredible time we had. You two made it so unbelievable, and I can’t thank you enough.

What a great crew to now call family. We have totally enjoyed all the details Kim and Dick have done to make sure we all enjoyed our trip.

It was a great trip and my family had a blast. You guys were wonderful, and we wish we could live on your boat with you. I’m buying a lottery ticket tonight.

What an amazing experience this has been. You both went above and beyond to make this charter so memorable. Captain Dick made us feel so safe with his boat skills, and we enjoyed the chance to go diving. We loved the itinerary and knowledge of each anchorage we visited. Chef Kim was the perfect chef and hostess. She anticipated our needs and made it happen. Her food was top notch from filet mignon, seared tuna, tiramisu, and a chocolate mousse to die for. I would recommend Kim and Dick as crew to anyone looking for a fabulous time in the Caribbean.

We had a wonderful trip on the Deep Blue with Captain Dick and his wonderful wife Kim. The 58 foot Leopard Catamaran is fantastic, Captain Dick is outstanding at the helm and his wife Kim made fantastic food and beverage. They are simply wonderful hosts and we cannot wait to return. Their non stop efforts insured that a great time was had by everyone. Great Sailboat, perfect location, superb food and even better people. We cannot wait to sail with them again!

There are truly not enough words to describe this trip - exceeded our expectations and beyond. Coming aboard we didn’t know what to expect, but quickly came to think of you as family. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the most amazing week. We love you guys

Not sure where we start. Of all the catamaran trips we’ve done, this was by far the best one. You both fit in so well with our group, you are like family.
