Elysian Description
The Bali 5.4 is a ´Multihull of the Year´ award-winning catamaran. The design was new to the market in 2019 and provided a fresh approach to sailing. It is revolutionary in how space is accessed, with deliberate attention to flow and open space and it succeeds in producing a scale that feels less like a boat, and more like an upscale floating condominium. Bali catamarans are known and appreciated for their unparalleled success in blending luxury, space, and performance; producing a sailing experience that is unparalleled. This new design further capitalizes on that reputation with the advent of the ´Bali garage door´ that is the centerpiece of the yacht. It allows for the aft wall of the yacht to simply disappear, opening up the back of the yacht to an unobstructed view of paradise. This also affords indoor/outdoor dining options and gives the ever-present Caribbean breeze ample opportunity to make its way through the yacht with ease. With her solid foredeck gone are the forward trampolines, replaced by a large relaxing lounge area complete with cushions for sunbathing. A full-sized door provides access directly from the lounge area into the salon, allowing free movement through the yacht. A walk up to the flybridge unveils a seating area perfect for cocktails and taking in sunsets. There is also another area for sunbathing on the flybridge where you can take in the sights of the islands from the highest vantage point on the yacht. The Bali open space design is further complimented by the superior outfit and aftermarket items available on Elysian. No detail has been left unnoticed from the fine linens, pillows and throws to the wine glasses, serving and flatware that make every day feel luxurious. She has been stocked full with every appliance and kitchen accessory to allow the chef to fully showcase the mastery of their art. And the water toys abound, allowing guests to fully experience all the Caribbean has to offer, both in and out of the water. Elysian will accommodate 8 charter guests in 3 spacious queen cabins and 1 sprawling master cabin for those who desire more space. She is a 2021 sailing catamaran with solar panels, air conditioning, water maker, ice maker, full sized refrigerator, a fully customizable menu, Caribbean made ecofriendly and reef safe toiletries, a bar stocked to guest preference, coffee/espresso machine, rendezvous scuba diving, snorkeling gear, 2 underwater scooters, subwing, wakeboard, 2 stand up paddle boards, 10 ft. floating dock, towable tube, pool noodles, fishing gear, board and card games, television in the salon, Fusion 3 Bluetooth enabled sound system and Elysian giveaways.

Jonah Wolf
Born and raised in Colorado, Jonah grew up skiing rather than sailing. But a deep love for travel & adventure was inspired by his grandparents - who retired, bought a boat, and circumnavigated the globe, completely self-taught, at the ages of 60 & 65. Over those 10 years, Jonah was able to visit the boat several times where he learned the ropes´ but he had never seriously considered a career on the water.
After an engineering degree and 5 years in commercial design-build construction, Jonah took a sailing trip in Croatia in 2017 that inspired a major pivot. He quit his job, sold everything, and flew to Spain for a liveaboard Yachtmaster course. Years later, he´s a seasoned sailor, having captained private charters throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, French Polynesia, and New Zealand.
At the beginning of the 2021 season, Jonah met a chef from California... himself and Nicole have been together ever since, working as a Captain/Chef duo around the world. Jonah proposed just this past March, where else other than on the bow of a sailboat. Jonah loves sharing the wonders of the Caribbean with people from all walks of life and is a wealth of knowledge, laughs, and ´fun-facts´. He also enjoys teaching the ins and outs of sailing to those that are eager to learn.

Nicole Hall
Originally from the sunny shores of California, Nicole´s love for the sea and culinary arts runs deep. She spent her childhood sailing with her grandfather, a renowned Tall Ship Captain and Sailing Instructor. These early years fostered her passion for exploration, hospitality, and cooking - skills she has seamlessly combined in her career as a yacht chef.
Nicole´s professional journey began in the classroom, where she spent seven years as a teacher in Seattle. However, her love for travel and the desire to share her culinary creations eventually led her to a new path. Swapping her classroom for the galley, Nicole began working as a charter chef in Croatia in 2021 where she met her fiancé Jonah and the rest is history...
Nicole´s approach to cooking is deeply influenced by her travels, and she prides herself on creating dishes that celebrate fresh local flavors from around the world. Always up for a challenge, she loves crafting bespoke menus tailored to her guests´ preferences - whether that means upscale dining, themed culinary experiences, or kid-friendly options!
Outside of the galley, Nicole loves facilitating a good dance party, enjoying a paddleboard at sunrise, and hiking local trails with Jonah. Together, they can´t wait to welcome you aboard Elysian for the trip of a lifetime!

We had an absolutely fabulous time on the Elysian with Orlagh and Cassie! Orlagh´s knowledge of the area (including the history) was phenomenal which made for a lovely itinerary. Every place we stopped for the day/night had beautiful views, wonderful water activities, fun bars, and easy access to shore. The boat was very comfortable and both Cassie and Orlagh made it even more so with the hospitality they provided. Cassie´s gluten free cuisine was the best that we´ve ever had. My daughter Stella, who has celiac disease, commented that this was the first time since she was diagnosed that she could sit down for every meal and not have to strategize around what she could or could not eat. The food was amazing!

professional and fun. She is incredibly knowledgeable regarding sailing and has unique and personal stories about everywhere we go and everything we see. She also knows how to have fun and gives the best recommendations on day activities we should participate in because she always has the best relationships with locals, and knows what fits for her guests. I could literally write about Orlagh singing her praises forever, but you get the gist.

We truly enjoyed having Jacob Beman as our Captain during our charter in the BVI. Jacob was a true professional, and handled the catamaran with skill above and beyond what I have seen on other trips.
Jacob was always up early starting coffee and performing his captain duties, and he even helped our chef with some of the meals & her responsibilities.
He was well versed in first aid, as one day I had a small cut on my ankle and he cleaned and bandaged it for me. We were quite impressed during our trip because he always sailed using the sails vs. using the motor, which may have been because of the great weather we had, but regardless, we enjoyed our time on the yacht tremendously.
Alex is a ridiculously good chef, and kept us on track and informed throughout our stay, and made every person on board feel special. She is an amazing person and part of an excellent overall team.

Jacob was happy to answer questions and teach those that wanted to learn more about sailing.
I was so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of the islands, and basically everything about the water. Jacob was always smiling, and he knew just where to take us to snorkel and things to tell us to look out for.
He was happy to take us to the islands in the dingy, and really made our trip so special. We enjoyed having Jacob for our charter, he is quite an impressive captain.
Alex was beyond words amazing!!
Besides being a phenomenal person, she is a gourmet chef!! She took incredible care of each one of us, prepared incredible meals, and made the entire experience perfection!!

Alex and Jacob made the trip EXCEPTIONAL
´This trip was a family vacation to celebrate Cam´s graduation. He picked it and we were so excited to experience ´salt life´ for the first time! What an unbelievable trip! We were spoiled from the moment we got onboard until the last minute. Alex´s food is 1st class on every level- presentation, variety, and most of all TASTE! we cheered everytime she announced that a meal was ready (and took pictures of everything)! Captain Jacob was the best captain in the BVI USVI and beyond! He had mad skills as a captain and led us onshore to some superb spots for viewing and drinking. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Alex and Jacob , they are true professionals. Alex and Jacob made this trip EXCEPTIONAL and we feel so lucky to be in their care for the best 8days. What an incredible experience in the BVI
´What an incredible experience in the BVIs! Our group of 8 came together to celebrate Jen´s birthday and every part of our trip was A+! Alex´s food was absolutely divine and her announcing/ guiding skills on Anegada- unsurpassed! Jacob is the best, calmest captain and his cocktails are insane! We are so grateful for this time we had over the course of the week and for the extraordinary boat and crew. Favorite memories include: wake boarding in brewers bay, dance party at coco Maya, anegada painkiller tour, private dinner at Coco Maya, FOXY´S´
