December 1, 2024 to February 15, 2025: Captain Nico, Chef Miguel & Deckhand/Instructor Nikos.
Captain Nico: Nico is always smiling and ready to sail. With a lifelong passion for the ocean, he joins GOA 10 during the windy season, eager to share his love for sailing with every guest. Nico’s journey began as a child; sailing aboard his family’s sailboat and competing in the Optimist class. Over the years, he has owned two sailboats and gained extensive self-taught experience. Known for his calm and decisive nature, Nico is an expert in navigating complex situations and ensuring a seamless, luxurious experience.
A lover of nature and outdoor sports like kitesurfing, diving, swimming, and mountaineering, Nico’s enthusiasm is contagious. His easy-going personality and adaptability create a welcoming atmosphere, making every trip with him unforgettable.
Chef Miguel: ´Manu´ was born in Alicante, Spain, and has been immersed in the world of sailing and the sea from a young age, growing up in a family of regatta sailors. With over 10 years of experience in fine dining and hospitality, Miguel’s journey as a chef has taken him from Michelin-starred restaurants to cooking aboard luxury catamarans in Ibiza. Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, Miguel combines his culinary expertise with his love for the ocean, creating unforgettable dining experiences using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. His guests rave about his ability to blend flavors from his travels across Southeast Asia and his signature Mediterranean dishes.
Deckhand/Instructor Nick: A passionate kitesurfing instructor since 2017, turned his 2016 adventure into a global pursuit. Certified in Offshore Sailing and expert tender handling, he’s also a skilled motorboat captain, guiding vessels in Greece. Beyond kitesurfing, Nick enjoys snorkeling, e-foiling, wakeboarding, and sailing, sharing his love for the ocean with guests. A former pro swimmer, sponsored skateboarder, and Fine Arts graduate, Nick combines precision, agility, and creativity, offering a unique approach to teaching and life on the water. His greatest joy is seeing his students´ excitement and progress.

Captain Sergio: Sergio’s life has always centered around sports, healthy living, and a deep love for the ocean. Originally from Spain’s Basque Country, he started as a nutritionist and massage therapist, but a fishing boat experience at 25 sparked his passion for the sea. With over 30,000 nautical miles and ten Atlantic crossings, he’s a highly experienced sailor. For the past nine years, he’s worked in yacht chartering across the Balearic Islands and Caribbean. A nomad at heart, Sergio splits his time between sailing and exploring Europe in his camper van. His calm expertise ensures unforgettable adventures on every journey.
Chef Monica: Born in Italy’s Umbria region, Monica grew up immersed in hospitality and cuisine, helping in her family’s hotel and restaurant. With over 10 years of experience in food and hospitality, she shifted from a career as a physiotherapist to cooking around the world, including Australia, Brazil, and the Caribbean. Specializing in traditional Italian dishes with fresh ingredients, Monica adds global flavors from her travels. Guests praise her warm personality and flavorful, customized menus. When not cooking, she enjoys yoga and pilates, often offering classes to guests. Monica´s meals are a celebration of Italian and international flavors.
Deckhand/Instructor Alessandro: ´Ale´ is passionate about the sea, wind, kitesurfing, photography, and videography. As a kitesurfing instructor, he ensures guests have unforgettable experiences both on and off the water. For the past four seasons, he’s been teaching in the Cyclades, a paradise for kiteboarders. An experienced kitesurfer, Alessandro has explored stunning spots worldwide. He´s also a skilled photographer and videographer, capturing the best moments of each trip. In addition, his love for cooking traditional Italian dishes adds a flavorful touch to the onboard experience.

Yacht terms: All Inclusive
An all-inclusive charter covers all provisioning and running expenses. This includes a captain and crew that is fully trained and committed to your safety and enjoyment of your trip. A chef will provide the kind of exceptional, personalized meal preparation that you would expect of a five-star restaurant. The listed rate may not include all local taxes, cruising permits, premium beverages and scuba activities. Inquire for more information.
