George Chimarios
Position: Captain
Captain George holds his unlimited MCA approved ticket and being a yacht captain is his childhood dream coming true. George was born in the United States but he moved back in Greece with his parents at the age of 2. He speaks fluently Greek and English and his Spanish are in conversational level
Despite his age he is already experienced in larger yachts.
He believes that the real understanding of guests’ needs and intentions, for this particular job, in combination with a nice bonding with the crew and perfect weather conditions are main factors of a very successful charter. He has extensive knowledge of the Greek waters and knows the best spots for every season. When he is not traveling George loves playing tennis or hiking.
Vaggelis Mamais
Position: Chief engineer
Vaggelis holds an A Class Engineer Certificate. After concluded his studies in naval architecture and working on a multinational shipping company, he decided to branch out into yachting. Starting his career in a 55m vessel gave him the experience to be involved in every position gradually reaching the 2nd engineer post and filling in as 1st on many occasions. Vaggelis stayed on the same vessel for 12 years and was present for 10 full summer season, full refits and years of maintenance on all types of equipment on the vessel., which he considers a great honor of being trusted by the owner. He is looking forward to new challenges and making OVAL a positive experience to the guests as well as his team. He has a keen interest in acquiring knowledge in various fields including science, arts, cinema, history and physics.

Panagiotis Koulogiannis
Position: Chef
Panagiotis is a very talented chef. He began his culinary career in 2016 and since then he has worked in 1 Michelin Star restaurants in Greece, France and Spain. He is always trying to broaden his knowledge regarding gastronomy issues, he is a team player and very passionate about his profession. With his unique devotion and professionalism, he is creating the most luxurious culinary experiences for the guests.

Zoi Reppa
Position: Chief steward/ess
Zoe started out as a Merchant Marine Officer on liner ships, has travelled all over Europe and decided to make a fresh start on yachts so that she can get to know and see up close the Greek islands that she adores. She is sociable, smiling and very organized and prepared in her job. What better characterizes her is cooperation, consistency and professionalism. She is a valuable asset to OVAL team.
Georgia Galanaki
Position: Stewardess
Georgia is a very outgoing and friendly person. She started her career as an apprentice officer on tankers. She has shifted through different positions, from working as a barista and a waitress to being a hostess and stewardess. Georgia is a dynamic personality and can provide the top of the notch guest service. In her free time she enjoys cross fit training, running and reading books.

Dimosthenis Papadopoulos
Position: Deckhand
Dimosthenis holds a Steward Class A Certificate. He started his carrer on passenger and cruise ships. Dimosthenis´ skills and vivacity are endless and he will ensure the yacht is in immaculate condition at all times, offering his assistance to every guest and making sure you have a memorable time onboard.

Oval Rates / week
The prices shown are for the entire yacht for a week-long (7 nights) charter.Low price: €70,500
High price: €79,500
The high and low prices of this yacht depend on both the number of guests and the traveling season. Send us an inquiry for exact pricing.
Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 15-25% for a sailing yacht and 25-35% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.
ADDITIONAL RATE DETAILS
High season (July, August): EUR 79,500 / week plus VAT plus expenses
Low season (rest of the period): EUR 70,500 / week plus VAT plus expenses
APA 40% on official charter fee
Security deposit shall apply should children be onboard.
Commercial vessel - VAT charged where applicable.
VAT: 6.5% Greek VAT on top of Charter Fee
