Yacht terms: Plus Expenses
The price includes a professional crew operating your chartered yacht, but all running expenses such as fuel, tax, provisions and any other costs are extra. Calculate between 15-25% for a sailing yacht and 25-35% for a motor yacht on top of the given rate with an APA cash payment made to the ships agent or captain, who will keep an open tap and produce full accounts of all expenditures. Unused APA money will be refunded. Inquire for more information.
ADDITIONAL RATE DETAILS
2025 Weekly Rates
High Season/ July & August: EUR 17,000 per week + 12% VAT+ 30% APA
Low Season/ June, September & rest of the months: EUR 15,000 per week + 12% VAT + 30% APA
VAT rate is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder, or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation occur after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer.
APA: The yacht will be fully fuelled and provisioned (if you have filled the provision list before the charter) when the guests step on board.
Whilst an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, your captain will normally submit a full set of accounts at the end of the charter.
If, during the charter, the expenditure exceeds the sum already paid, additional cash funds will be required at once, on the other side if there is a leftover balance from the money paid by the client, the captain will return the difference in cash to the client before disembarkation. All outstanding bills should be settled in cash before final disembarkation.
